MassageLuXe is a company that has become one of the greatest companies out there when it comes to luxury, pampering and offering the ‘good life’ to people who SO need a taste of that. On top of all that, massage is the therapy that is now being recommended for just about everything. Osteoporosis, arthritis, pinched nerves – actual illnesses that are making our lives just a little bit (okay, who are we kidding, a lot) more miserable in this day and age.
Being the super-sleuth I am with my technological savvy (LOL. Trust me, when people start talking about the internet I blank out completely so my knowledge of technology pretty much stops at turning the machine on). But…anyway, with my technological savvy and my teenager’s help, I logged on to one of the computers at the hotel and was soon seeing the incredible Massage LuXe homepage.

It turns out they are nice people. They had plans to contact me regarding this matter (but were beat to it by the therapist). They were, of course, MORTIFIED, as this situation which escalated as a result of her comment was really not in their best interest. I do believe that they handled it as well as they could have, given that they’ve never faced this situation before. The timing wasn’t good, the fact that they didn’t call me FIRST wasn’t right, but I do believe they were acting quickly and in the best interests of their business. And I do not fault them.
